The core scan, archive, and supported on-device intelligence experience starts on your iPhone.

Good to know

Questions, answered plainly.

Does Kapier upload my documents?

Not in local mode. Cloud backup and cloud intelligence are separate, paid features that require an account and your explicit choice.

Do I need an account?

No. You can scan, understand, and keep documents locally without creating an account.

Does every iPhone support on-device summaries?

On-device summaries require a supported Apple Intelligence device. Scanning, text recognition, and the local archive remain useful without it.

Is Kapier legal or tax advice?

No. Kapier helps explain what a document appears to say and highlights possible action items and mentioned dates. Important decisions should still be checked with the relevant authority or advisor.
